Luke DiMaggio is a Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Forward Risk, and Partner at Avisa. He helps lead the firm’s Investigations & Disputes and Investor Due Diligence practice areas. A former lawyer himself, Luke works with attorneys to craft investigative plans for legal matters, arming Forward Risk clients with the information needed to advance their legal positions. He also assists investment firms, including private equity firms and family offices, by leading pre-transaction background investigations into the principals and executives of clients’ target companies.
Prior to co-founding Forward Risk, Luke and Brendan Foo co-led the research team conducting pre-IPO due diligence and private equity due diligence at a risk advisory firm. He oversaw public records investigations of hundreds of public board directors and executives. Luke started his career practicing commercial litigation in Atlanta, GA.
During his free time, you can find Luke with his family at Clemson tailgates or on the golf course trying to get his first hole-in-one.
