Beatriz Bechelli

Beatriz is a Director at Forward Risk based in Washington, DC. She leads international investigations at the firm in support of litigation, arbitration, corporate contests, investor due diligence, among other bespoke cross-border projects.

Beatriz has extensive experience conducting high-stakes open-source and human intelligence investigations across all of Forward Risk’s core practice areas in the US and abroad. Though she conducts complex investigations in support of law firms, corporations, and financial institutions operating around the world, Beatriz has led Forward Risk’s investigative projects with a particular focus on Brazil and other Latin American jurisdictions. A native Portuguese speaker, Beatriz also conducts investigations in Spanish and French.

Beatriz is an ultralight aviation enthusiast, and has lived and worked in Latin America, West Africa, and the United States prior to joining Forward Risk in 2019.
